By using MTC services operated by Aircity Operating System (HK) Ltd ("Aircity", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform or services.
使用由創城營運系統(香港)有限公司（「創城」、「我們」）營運的MTC服務，即表示您同意本服務條款。如您不同意這些條款，請勿使用我們的平台或服務。
To rent a vehicle from MTC, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Hong Kong driving license. P-license (provisional license) holders are welcome and supported with specialized services.
租用MTC車輛，您必須年滿18歲並持有有效的香港駕駛執照。我們歡迎P牌（暫准駕駛執照）持有人，並提供專門服務支援。
MTC provides electric car rental services in Hong Kong through multiple booking methods:
MTC在香港提供電動車租賃服務，提供多種預訂方式：調度預訂（實時ETA追蹤）、自助站點取車（24/7 QR碼掃描）及上門送車服務。
Rent by Journey (Meter-Based): Charged at HK$0.25 per 15-second interval during active trips. Pricing is transparent and displayed in real-time through our app.
Rent by Days: Fixed daily rates apply for 24-hour rental periods. Weekly and monthly packages available at discounted rates.
Payment Methods: We accept wallet top-up, credit cards, and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our platform.
按次租車：每15秒HK$0.25計費。按日租車：固定日租費用，提供週租及月租優惠。接受電子錢包、信用卡及扣賬卡付款。
Bookings can be made through our website or mobile app. The booking flow includes: requested → dispatched → arrived → started → completed. Free cancellation is available before vehicle dispatch. Cancellation fees may apply once a vehicle has been dispatched to your location.
可透過網站或手機應用程式預訂。預訂流程：已請求 → 已調度 → 已到達 → 已開始 → 已完成。車輛調度前可免費取消，調度後可能收取取消費用。
Users must operate vehicles in accordance with Hong Kong traffic laws. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel/charge level and in clean condition. Any damage must be reported immediately through the app.
用戶必須遵守香港交通法規駕駛車輛。所有車輛禁止吸煙。還車時須保持相同電量及清潔狀態。任何損壞須立即透過應用程式報告。
All rentals include comprehensive third-party insurance coverage. P-license drivers receive full insurance support.
Insurance Excess (自負額): In the event of an accident, the User is liable for an insurance excess of up to HK$40,000. This applies to vehicle damage, third-party claims, and any costs not covered by the insurance policy.
If the accident involves third-party liability in addition to vehicle damage, the User may be liable for a combined maximum excess of up to HK$60,000.
所有租賃均包含全面第三者保險。P牌司機享有完整保險支援。自負額：如發生意外，用戶須承擔最高HK$40,000的保險自負額。此適用於車輛損壞、第三者索償及保險不承保的費用。如意外同時涉及第三者責任及車輛損壞，用戶最高須承擔合共HK$60,000的自負額。
A security deposit of HK$2,500 is required for all rentals and will be held in your wallet or charged to your card. The deposit is held for up to 30 days after returning the vehicle to allow processing of any tolls, tunnel fees, or traffic violations. The deposit will be refunded after this period, minus any applicable charges.
所有租賃均需繳付HK$2,500按金，將從電子錢包扣除或信用卡預授權。按金將於還車後保留最多30天，以處理任何隧道費、路費或交通違規。按金將於此期間後退還，扣除任何適用費用。
MTC's liability is limited to the extent permitted by Hong Kong law. We strive to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Users are responsible for any traffic violations or fines incurred during the rental period.
MTC的責任以香港法律允許的範圍為限。我們致力提供可靠服務但不保證不間斷可用性。用戶須自行承擔租車期間的交通違規或罰款。
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. MTC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
任何一方均可隨時終止服務關係。MTC有權暫停或終止違反條款或從事欺詐活動的帳戶。
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。任何爭議均受香港法院專屬管轄。
